Traditional Indian dessert given a twist with the addition of fiber and nutrient rich oats is the oats malpua. A healthy dessert to be served at any occasion.
In a mixing bowl, add 2 tbsp oats, 1 tbsp maida flour, 1/4th cup milk, 2 tbsp sugar and 1/8th tsp green elaichi powder.
Whisk all ingredients well until smooth.
For Oats Malpua
In a heated pan, add 1 tbsp ghee and pour the batter.
Deep fry it until golden.
Tasty malpua is ready to be served hot.
