Steps
- Step 1 In a mixing bowl, add the mashed rajma, 2 tbsp boiled mashed sweet potato, 2 tbsp oats flour, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 1/4 tsp garlic paste and 1/4 tsp dhania powder
- Step 2 Mash and mix properly with hand, follow this by adding 2 tbsp chopped onion
- Step 3 Making sure all the ingredients are evenly distributed, shape the batter to make desirable sized cutlets
- Step 4 Heat 1 tbsp oil on a low flame in a frying pan
- Step 5 Shallow fry the cutlets on both sides till crispy and golden brown
- Step 6 Serve hot
