3.0 Tsp(10.0 gm) Rajma
2.0 Boiled Mashed Tbsp(33.0 gm) Sweet Potato
2.0 Chopped Tbsp(16.0 gm) Onion
1/2 Tsp(3.0 gm) Garlic Paste
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.75 gm) Black Pepper
1/4 Tsp(0.41 gm) Dhania Powder
1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Salt
1.0 Tbsp(8.0 ml) Oil
27.0 Ml(27.0 ml) Water
  • In a mixing bowl, add the mashed rajma, 2 tbsp boiled mashed sweet potato, 2 tbsp oats flour, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 1/4 tsp garlic paste and 1/4 tsp dhania powder.

  • Mash and mix properly with hand, follow this by adding 2 tbsp chopped onion.

  • Making sure all the ingredients are evenly distributed, shape the batter to make desirable sized cutlets.

  • Heat 1 tbsp oil on a low flame in a frying pan.

  • Shallow fry the cutlets on both sides till crispy and golden brown.

  • Serve hot.
