Take a mixing bowl and break 1 egg and add 1 tbsp oats, 2 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 1 tbsp grated carrot, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/8 tsp garam masala and 1 tbsp chopped capsicum.
Sprinkle 1/8 tsp salt, grind 1/2 tsp black pepper, add 1 tsp chopped coriander and mix well using a spoon.
Heat 1 tsp oil in a frying pan and pour in the omelette
Allowing it to cook, flip and make sure both sides are browned well.
