Oats Egg Omelette Recipe

2.0 Chopped Tbsp(16.0 gm) Onion
1.0 Chopped Tbsp(13.0 gm) Tomato
1.0 Grated Tbsp(7.0 gm) Carrot
1.0 Chopped Tbsp(10.0 gm) Green Capsicum
1.0 Chopped Tsp(0.92 gm) Coriander Leaves
1/2 Chopped Tsp(1.0 gm) Green Chilli
1/2 Tsp(1.0 gm) Black Pepper
0.13 Tsp(0.18 gm) Garam Masala
0.13 Tsp(0.56 gm) Salt
1.0 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil
  • Take a mixing bowl and break 1 egg and add 1 tbsp oats, 2 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 1 tbsp grated carrot, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/8 tsp garam masala and 1 tbsp chopped capsicum.

  • Sprinkle 1/8 tsp salt, grind 1/2 tsp black pepper, add 1 tsp chopped coriander and mix well using a spoon.

  • Heat 1 tsp oil in a frying pan and pour in the omelette

  • Allowing it to cook, flip and make sure both sides are browned well.

  • Serve hot.
