Steps
- Step 1 In a bowl, add 3
- Step 2 5 tbsp oats flour, 2 tbsp rice flour, 1 tsp grated ginger, 1/4th tsp chopped green chilli, 1/4th tsp salt, 1

- Step 4 Add enough water
- Step 5 Mix these to get a smooth consistency
- Step 6 Heat a pan, add 1 tsp oil
- Step 7 Pour and then spread the batter, roast it
- Step 8 Flip and roast on the other side
- Step 9 Serve it hot with coriander chutney
- Step 10 For the coriander chutneyIn a mixie, add 1/8 cup chopped coriander leaves, 1/4 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/4 tbsp groundnut, 1/8 tbsp lemon juice, 1/8 tsp salt and grind till it is smooth
- Step 11 Add enough water
- Step 12 Remove it in a bowl
