Oats Dosa With Coriander Chutney Recipe

Oats dosa is a crispy and nutritious dish that is packed with soluble fiber and other nutrients. This tastes excellent with green coriander chutney that adds a layer of taste and nutrition.

0.24 Tbsp(3.0 gm) Peanuts
1/8 Tbsp(1.0 ml) Lemon Juice
0.24 Chopped Tsp(0.51 gm) Green Chilli
1/8 Tsp(0.54 gm) Salt
2.0 Ml(2.0 ml) Water
4.0 Flour Tbsp(22.0 gm) Oats
2.0 Tbsp(28.0 gm) Rice Flour
2.0 Tbsp(21.0 gm) Nestlé A+ Curd
1.0 Grated Tsp(2.0 gm) Ginger
1/4 Chopped Tsp(0.53 gm) Green Chilli
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1.0 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil
45.0 Ml(45.0 ml) Water
  • In a bowl, add 3.5 tbsp oats flour, 2 tbsp rice flour, 1 tsp grated ginger, 1/4th tsp chopped green chilli, 1/4th tsp salt, 1.5 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd and mix the mixture properly.

  • Add enough water.

  • Mix these to get a smooth consistency.

  • Heat a pan, add 1 tsp oil.

  • Pour and then spread the batter, roast it.

  • Flip and roast on the other side.

  • Serve it hot with coriander chutney.

  • For the coriander chutney

    In a mixie, add 1/8 cup chopped coriander leaves, 1/4 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/4 tbsp groundnut, 1/8 tbsp lemon juice, 1/8 tsp salt and grind till it is smooth.

  • Add enough water.

  • Remove it in a bowl.
