Oats Dosa With Coriander Chutney Recipe

This crispy and quick dosa looks like rava dosa only .....this is something very simple and instant recipe that can be given to your child and also of any age people....this taste best when served with green coriander chutney...!

3.5 Tbsp(22.0 gm) Oats Flour

2 Tbsp(28.0 gm) Rice Flour
ingredients
1 Tsp(2.0 gm) Ginger(Grated)

1/4 Tsp(0.53 gm) Green Chilli(Chopped)

1.5 Tbsp(21.0 gm) Curd
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt

1 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil

As Required(50.0 ml) Water
  • Prepreparation

    Soak and grind rice and urad dal. Mix and ferment it overnight.

  • In a bowl, add 3.5 tbsp oats flour, 2 tbsp rice flour, 1 tsp grated ginger, 1/4th tsp chopped green chilli, 1/4th tsp salt, 1.5 tbsp curd and mix the mixture properly.

  • Add enough water.

  • Mix these to get a smooth consistency.

  • Heat a pan, add 1 tsp oil.

  • Pour and then spread the batter, roast it.

  • Flip and roast on the other side.

  • Serve it hot with coriander chutney.

  • For the coriander chutney

    In a mixie, add 1 cup chopped coriander leaves, 2 tsp chopped green chilli, 2 tbsp groundnut, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp salt and grind till it is smooth.

  • Add enough water.

  • Remove it in a bowl.
