Oats Dhokla is more nutritious and healthy than regular dhokla because the batter contains oats powder. Oats add more fiber and protein to it. This simple, soft, spongy dhokla can also serve as an excellent breakfast for children and is a guilt-free meal option.
Nutrition Information per serve
In a bowl take oats powder,1 tbsp besan, 1/2 tsp sugar, 1/4th tsp salt and 1/8th tsp hing.
Now add 1/8th tsp green chillies, 5.5 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd and mix all the ingredients well.
Grease a plate with oil and carefully pour prepared batter into the plate.
Steam it for 10 mins.
Insert a toothpick to check if the dhokla is ready.
Heat oil in a small pan.
Add 1/4th tsp rai, 4 5 leaves of kadi patta and let it crackle .
Pour the hot tadka onto the plated dhokla.
