- Step 1
Prepare the cutlet mix in a bowl by adding 2 tbsp oats, 1/8 cup of boiled and diced potato, and 1 tsp boiled green peas.
- Step 2
Spice up the mix with 1/4 tsp green chilli, 1 tsp of chopped onion, 1/2 tsp dhania powder, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 3
Mix all the ingredients together.
- Step 4
To fry the cutlet, heat a kadhai and add 1 tbsp oil.
- Step 5
Shape the prepared mix into a cutlet and place it on the kadhai.
- Step 6
Roast it evenly until golden brown.
- Step 7
Flip and repeat on the other side.
- Step 8
Sprinkle some white sesame seeds for a nutritional twist.
- Step 9
Serve with chutney.
