Minimal use of oil and the healthy goodness of sesame seeds, oats, and veggies make this a guilt-free snack choice.
Prepare the cutlet mix in a bowl by adding 2 tbsp oats, 1/8th cup of boiled and diced potato, and 1 tsp boiled green peas.
Spice up the mix with 1/4th tsp green chilli, 1 tsp of chopped onion, 1/2 tsp dhania powder, 1/4th tsp salt, and 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
Mix all the ingredients together.
To fry the cutlet, heat a kadhai and add 1 tbsp oil.
Shape the prepared mix into a cutlet and place it on the kadhai.
Roast it evenly until golden brown.
Flip and repeat on the other side.
Sprinkle some white sesame seeds for a nutritional twist.
Serve with chutney.
