In a mixing bowl, add oats powder, 1 tsp grated cucumber,1/8th tsp green chilli paste,1/4th tsp grated ginger, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1/8th tsp turmeric powder, 1/8th tsp black pepper powder,1/4th tsp cumin seed, 1/8th tsp salt, 2 tbsp grated paneer, 1 tbsp chopped spinach, water and mix everything well.
Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan and pour spoonful batter.
Spread the batter and roast it till crispy.
Serve hot.
