1 Grated Tsp(5.0 gm) Cucumber
1/4 Chopped Tsp(0.47 gm) Ginger
1/8 Tsp(0.56 gm) Green Chilli Paste
1 Chopped Tbsp(18.0 gm) Palak
2 Grated Tbsp(20.0 gm) Paneer
1 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil
2 Tbsp(25.0 gm) Oats
1 Chopped Tbsp(8.0 gm) Onion
1/4 Tsp(0.59 gm) Jeera
1/8 Powder Tsp(0.36 gm) Black Pepper
1/8 Tsp(0.29 gm) Haldi
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
  • In a mixing bowl, add oats powder, 1 tsp grated cucumber,1/8th tsp green chilli paste,1/4th tsp grated ginger, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1/8th tsp turmeric powder, 1/8th tsp black pepper powder,1/4th tsp cumin seed, 1/8th tsp salt, 2 tbsp grated paneer, 1 tbsp chopped spinach, water and mix everything well.

  • Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan and pour spoonful batter.

  • Spread the batter and roast it till crispy.

  • Serve hot.
