Ingredients
Steps
- Step 1
Heat a pan with 2 tsp ghee, add 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/8 tsp hing, 1 tbsp chopped onion and saute until light brown.
- Step 2
Add 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 3 tbsp sweet corn and cook for a minute
- Step 3
Add 2 tbsp oats, soaked moong dal and add water for cooking
- Step 4
Simmer over low flame until cooked
- Step 5
Add 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, salt for taste and cook until it combines well
- Step 6
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding kasuri methi
- Step 7
Serve hot with Nestlé A+ Curd or raita.
