- Step 1
In a bowl, add 2 tbsp oats flour, 1 tbsp wheat flour, dates pulp, 1 tbsp grated fresh coconut and 1/8 tsp green elaichi powder.
- Step 2
Gradually pour 1/4 cup Nestlé A+ Milk and whisk until smooth
- Step 3
Rest the batter for 10 minutes and add little water if required to adjust the consistency
- Step 4
Heat a pan with ghee over medium heat. Pour a ladleful of batter to form a small pancake.
- Step 5
Fry until golden brown on both sides.
- Step 6
Remove the malpua and transfer to a serving plate.
- Step 7
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding cranberries
- Step 8
Serve warm
