Steps
- Step 1
For Batter
In a mixing bowl, add 2 tbsp oats flour, 1 tbsp wheat flour, 1/4th cup Nestlé A+ Milk, dates puree, 1 tbsp grated fresh coconut, and 1/8th tsp green elaichi powder.
- Step 2
Whisk all ingredients gently until smooth.
- Step 3
For Oats Malpua
In a heated pan, add 1 tbsp ghee and pour the batter.
- Step 4
Cook the malpua till golden brown
- Step 5
Tasty malpua is ready to be served hot.
