Puree 1/4th cup tomato. Keep aside.
For oats bowl
In a pan, heat 1 tsp oil, now add 1/4th tsp jeera, 1/8th tsp hing, 1/8th tsp grated ginger, 1/8th tsp chopped garlic, 2 tsp chopped onion, 1/4th cup tomato puree and saute all ingredients for 2 minutes.
Now add 1/4th tsp red chilly powder, 1/8th tsp chole masala, 1/4th tsp salt and mix all ingredients well.
Now add 2 tbsp Chole, 1/4th cup oats and water.
Cover and cook for 2 minutes.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
Tasty oats chole bowl is ready.
