- Step 1 In a pan, heat 1 tbsp oil, now add 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/8 tsp hing, 1/8 tsp grated ginger, 1/8 tsp chopped garlic, 2 tbsp chopped onion, tomato puree and saute all ingredients for 2 minutes.
- Step 2 Now add 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/8 tsp chole masala, 1/4 tsp salt and mix all ingredients well.
- Step 3 Now add cooked chole, 2.5 tbsp oats and water.
- Step 4 Give a Nestle Twist by adding spinach.
- Step 5 Cover and cook for 2 minutes.
- Step 6 Garnish with 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 7 Tasty oats chole bowl is ready.
