Oats Chicken Momos
Per Serving: 1 Number - 121.0 gm
- Carbohydrate 13.45 gm
- Protein 7.32 gm
- Fat 8.83 gm
- Fiber 1.31 gm
- Step 1
In a pan heat 1/2 tsp oil add 1 tbsp chopped garlic,1 tbsp chopped onion and saute it well.
- Step 2
Add into the 1/2 tsp green chilli paste,1/8th tsp salt,1/4th tsp garam masala,1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves,1/8th tsp haldi,1 tsp chopped spring onion,2.5 tbsp minced chicken and saute it well.
- Step 3
Add water as required then cover it with a lid and cook it nicely.

In a bowl add 3 tbsp oats flour,1/8th tsp salt,1 tsp olive oil , water as required and knead into the dough.
- Step 5
Roll out using a rolling pin then cut into small circles using round shape cutter and add mixture then seal.
- Step 6
Place in a steamer and steam it till cook.
