In a pan dry roast 1/4 cup oats till light brown.
In a bowl add cooked chole, 1/4 cup oats, 1 tbsp chopped cucumber, 1 tbsp chopped tomato., 1 tbsp boiled chopped potato, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1/8 tsp black salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 2 tsp mint chutney, 2 tsp dates imli chutney, 3 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves.
Mix all ingredients gently.
Garnish with cornflakes.
