- Step 1 For CholeSoak and cook 1 tbsp chole
- Step 2 For Mint ChutneyGrind 1/2 tsp chopped pudina, 1/8 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 1/3 tbsp chopped onion, 1/8 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/8 tsp chopped ginger, 1/10 tsp chopped garlic, 1/10 tsp chopped green chilli,1/10 tsp jeera, 1/10 tsp dry mango powder and 1/10 tsp salt into the mint chutney
- Step 3 For Dates Imli ChutneyGrind 1/8 cup chopped dates,1/2 tbsp jaggery powder, 1/8 tbsp tamarind, 1/10 tsp red chilly powder, 1/10 tsp chaat masala, 1/10 tsp salt and water into the dates imli chutney
- Step 4 For Oats ChaatIn a pan dry roast 1/4 cup oats till light brown
- Step 5 In a bowl add cooked chole, roasted oats, 1 tbsp chopped cucumber, 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 1 tbsp boiled chopped potato, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1/8 tsp black salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, mint chutney, dates imli chutney, 3 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
- Step 6 Mix all ingredients gently
- Step 7 Garnish with cornflakes
