- Step 1 Heat a pan add 1/4 cup oats and roast until light brown and seta side
- Step 2 In a bowl add cooked chole, roasted oats and top it up wit 1 tbsp chopped cucumber, 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 1 tbsp boiled chopped potato
- Step 3 Add 1 tsp lemon juice, 1/8 tsp black salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
- Step 4 Top it up with mint chutney, dates imli chutney and 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd
- Step 5 Add 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and mix all ingredients well
- Step 6 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding mint leaves
- Step 7 Garnish with cornflakes.
