Steps
- Step 1 For TemperingIn a heated pan add 1/8th tsp mustard seed,3 number of curry leaves and temper it nicely
- Step 2 For RaitaIn a mixing bowl add 1/4 cup Nestlé A+ Curd ,2 tbsp roasted oats flour,2 tbsp grated carrot ,1/4th tsp green chilly paste,1/4th tsp salt
- Step 3 Add tempering and mix it well
- Step 4 Serve
