- Step 1 In a pan, heat 1/2 tsp ghee, add 1/3 cup grated carrot and saute until the water evaporates and the carrot is partially cooked.
- Step 2 Pour 1 cup Nestle a+ slim milk and allow it to a boil. Add roasted steel cut oats and let them simmer on a low flame.
- Step 3 Give a Nestle Twist by adding grated coconut.
- Step 4 Stir frequently and cook until the oats turn soft.
- Step 5 Add 1/8 tsp stevia and 1/8 tsp nutmeg powder and stir well.
- Step 6 Garnish with 1 tbsp chopped cashewnuts and 2 tsp chopped pista.
- Step 7 Serve Warm.
