Steps
- Step 1 In a mixing bowl, add 2 tbsp oats flour, 1
- Step 2 5 tbsp grated carrot, 2 tsp suji, 1/4th tsp green chilly paste, 1/4th tsp salt and water as required
- Step 3 Mix well
- Step 4 Keep aside
- Step 5 In a pan, heat 1 tsp oil, spread the mixture
- Step 6 Allow to cook, flip and cook on both sides
- Step 7 Serve hot as a snack or meal
