- Step 1 In a mixing bowl, add 2 tbsp oats flour, 1.5 tbsp grated carrot, 2 tsp suji, 1/4 tsp green chilli paste, 1/4 tsp salt and water as required.
- Step 2 Mix well. Keep aside.
- Step 3 In a pan, heat 1/2 tsp oil, spread the mixture.
- Step 4 Give a Nestle Twist by adding watermelon seeds.
- Step 5 Allow to cook, flip and cook on both sides.
- Step 6 Serve hot as a snack or meal.
