Loaded with good carbohydrates and abundant amount of fiber with the nutrients of carrots, a soft, smooth pancake with a choice of your dip is a go to breakfast option.
In a mixing bowl, add 2 tbsp oats flour, 1.5 tbsp grated carrot, 2 tsp suji, 1/4th tsp green chilly paste, 1/4th tsp salt and water as required.
Mix well. Keep aside.
In a pan, heat 1 tsp oil, spread the mixture.
Allow to cook, flip and cook on both sides.
Serve hot as a snack or meal.
