Oats Carrot Pancake Recipe

Loaded with good carbohydrates and abundant amount of fiber with the nutrients of carrots, a soft, smooth pancake with a choice of your dip is a go to breakfast option.

1.5 Tbsp(14.0 gm) Carrot(Grated)

2 Tbsp(12.0 gm) Oats (Flour)
ingredients
2 Tsp(7.0 gm) Suji
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Green Chilli Paste
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
ingredients
1 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil
ingredients
As Required(30.0 ml) Water
  • In a mixing bowl, add 2 tbsp oats flour, 1.5 tbsp grated carrot, 2 tsp suji, 1/4th tsp green chilly paste, 1/4th tsp salt and water as required.

  • Mix well. Keep aside.

  • In a pan, heat 1 tsp oil, spread the mixture.

  • Allow to cook, flip and cook on both sides.

  • Serve hot as a snack or meal.
