1/4 Grated Cup(36.0 gm) Carrot
1 Tbsp(23.0 gm) Ghee
1 Chopped Tbsp(10.0 gm) Cashewnut
1 Chopped Tbsp(11.0 gm) Almond
1/4 Cup(27.0 gm) Oats
1/2 Cup(102.0 ml) Nestlé A+ Milk
1 Tbsp(26.0 gm) Sugar
1/8 Cup(20.0 gm) Khoa
In a kadhai heat 1.5 tbsp ghee and 1 tbsp chopped cashew,1 tbsp chopped almond and roast till light.
Add 1/4th cup oats and roast it till light. Then add into the 1/2 cup Nestlé A+ Milk , 1/4th cup grated carrot, mix and cook it well till light thick consistency.
Add 2 tbsp sugar,1/8th cup khoa, mix it well and cook for some time.
