Oats Carrot Halwa is a fiber packet sweet treat made with oats and carrot. This seasonal delight is aromatic and flavorful.

In a kadhai heat 1.5 tbsp ghee, add 1/4 cup grated carrot, and cook it on a low flame for 5 mins
Add 1/4 cup oats and roast it till light. Then add the 1/2 cup Nestlé A+ Milk, mix and cook it well till light thick consistency.
Add dates puree, mix it well and cook for some time.
Garnish with 1 tbsp chopped cashew,1 tbsp chopped almond.
