1/4 Cup(27.0 gm) Oats
1/4 Grated Cup(36.0 gm) Carrot
1/2 Cup(102.0 ml) Nestlé A+ Milk
1 Chopped Tbsp(10.0 gm) Cashewnut
1 Chopped Tbsp(11.0 gm) Almond
4.0 Number(80.0 gm) Dates
1 Tbsp(23.0 gm) Ghee
  • In a kadhai heat 1.5 tbsp ghee, add 1/4 cup grated carrot, and cook it on a low flame for 5 mins

  • Add 1/4 cup oats and roast it till light. Then add the 1/2 cup Nestlé A+ Milk, mix and cook it well till light thick consistency.

  • Add dates puree, mix it well and cook for some time.

  • Garnish with 1 tbsp chopped cashew,1 tbsp chopped almond.

  • Serve.
