Oats Capsicum Pancake Recipe

Cooked with the goodness of oats and flavored with vegetables like capsicum make a soft light pancake ready to be served with a dip of your choice.

1 Tsp(3.0 gm) Red Capsicum (Chopped)

1 Tsp(3.0 gm) Yellow Capsicum (Chopped)

1 Tsp(3.0 gm) Capsicum (Chopped)

2 Tbsp(12.0 gm) Oats (Flour)
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Green Chilli Paste
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt

1/2 Tsp(2.0 ml) Oil

As Require(20.0 ml) Water
  • In a mixing bowl, add 2 tbsp oats flour, 1 tsp chopped green capsicum, 1 tsp chopped yellow capsicum, 1 tsp chopped red capsicum, 1/4th tsp green chilli paste, 1/4th tsp salt and little water.

  • Mix till all the ingredients are well mixed.

  • Grease a pan with 1/2 tsp oil.

  • Spread the pancake mixture and allow to cook.

  • Flip and cook till both sides are cooked.

  • Serve healthy hot pancakes with a suitable accompaniment.
