Cooked with the goodness of oats and flavored with vegetables like capsicum make a soft light pancake ready to be served with a dip of your choice.
In a mixing bowl, add 2 tbsp oats flour, 1 tsp chopped green capsicum, 1 tsp chopped yellow capsicum, 1 tsp chopped red capsicum, 1/4th tsp green chilli paste, 1/4th tsp salt and little water.
Mix till all the ingredients are well mixed.
Grease a pan with 1/2 tsp oil.
Spread the pancake mixture and allow to cook.
Flip and cook till both sides are cooked.
Serve healthy hot pancakes with a suitable accompaniment.
