Oats Capsicum Pancake Recipe

Oats Capsicum Pancake is made with the goodness of oats and flavoured with vegetables such as capsicum to create a soft light pancake ready to be served with a dip of your choice. Serve it with topped vegetables and spicy chutneys or ketchups.

3.0 Flour Tbsp(15.0 gm) Oats
1.0 Chopped Tsp(3.0 gm) Green Capsicum
1.0 Chopped Tsp(3.0 gm) Red Capsicum
1.0 Chopped Tsp(3.0 gm) Yellow Capsicum
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Green Chilli Paste
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1/2 Tsp(2.0 ml) Oil
30.0 Ml(30.0 ml) Water
  • In a mixing bowl, add 2.5 tbsp oats flour, 1 tsp chopped green capsicum, 1 tsp chopped yellow capsicum, 1 tsp chopped red capsicum, 1/4th tsp green chilli paste, 1/4th tsp salt and little water.

  • Mix till all the ingredients are well mixed.

  • Grease a pan with 1/2 tsp oil.

  • Spread the pancake mixture and allow to cook.

  • Flip and cook till both sides are cooked.

  • Serve healthy hot pancakes with a suitable accompaniment.
