A nutritious fiber packed, filled with good carbohydrates light soft pancakes make a perfect breakfast option or an evening snack.
In a mixing bowl, add 2 tbsp oats flour, 1 tsp chopped cabbage, 1 tsp chopped violet cabbage, 1/4th tsp green chilli paste, 1/4th tsp salt, little water and mix well.
Add 1/2 tsp oil, spread the mixture and allow to cook.
Flip and cook until both sides are well cooked.
Serve hot with a suitable accompaniment.
