Oats Cabbage Pancake Recipe

A nutritious fiber packed, filled with good carbohydrates light soft pancakes make a perfect breakfast option or an evening snack.

1 Tsp(2.0 gm) Cabbage (Chopped)

1 Tsp(2.0 gm) Violet Cabbage (Chopped)

2 Tbsp(12.0 gm) Oats (Flour)

1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Green Chilli Paste
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt

1/2 Tsp(2.0 ml) Oil

As Required(25.0 ml) Water
  • In a mixing bowl, add 2 tbsp oats flour, 1 tsp chopped cabbage, 1 tsp chopped violet cabbage, 1/4th tsp green chilli paste, 1/4th tsp salt, little water and mix well.

  • Add 1/2 tsp oil, spread the mixture and allow to cook.

  • Flip and cook until both sides are well cooked.

  • Serve hot with a suitable accompaniment.
