Oats Broccoli Pancake Recipe

Extremely nutritious loaded with fiber packed oats and goodness of broccoli makes a complete breakfast or an evening snack option.

2 Flour Tbsp(12.0 gm) Oats

2 Tsp(7.0 gm) Suji

1 Tbsp(6.0 gm) Broccoli (Grated)
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Green Chilli Paste
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
ingredients
1 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil
ingredients
As Required(30.0 ml) Water
  • In a mixing bowl add 2 tbsp oats flour, 1 tbsp grated broccoli, 2tbsp suji,1/4th tsp green chilli paste, 1/4th tsp salt and water and mix well and keep aside.

  • In a heated pan add 1tsp oil, spread the prepared pancake mixture and allow to cook.

  • Flip and cook until both sides are light brown in color and well cooked.
