Steps
- Step 1 Take a bowl and pour 2 tbsp Oats Flour,1 tbsp Rice Flour,1 tbsp Grated Beetroot, 1/4th tsp Green Chilli Paste,1/4th tsp Jeera Powder,1/8th tsp Salt and add water
