In a bowl, add mashed sweet potato, 1 tbsp oats, 1/4th tsp green chilli paste, 1/4th tsp grated ginger, 1/8th tsp mixed herbs, 1/8th tsp salt, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and 2 tbsp bread crumbs
Mix all the ingredients well and shape into an patty
In a pan, heat 1 tsp oil.
Shallow fry the patty until it turns golden brown from all sides.
Slice open 1 mediumsized burger bun, through the center.
In a bowl mix 1 tbsp of coconut cream and 2 tbsp beetroot well. Apply this mix on each side of the bun
Put 2 slices of tomato, 1 lettuce leaf and the patty.
Cover the bun and serve.
