Oats Beans Bowl Recipe

A healthy complete breakfast in a bowl, highly nutritious and energy densed.

1/4 Cup(27.0 gm) Oats
1 Tbsp(14.0 gm) Rajma
2 Tsp(6.0 gm) Carrot (Chopped)
2 Tsp(6.0 gm) French Beans (Chopped)
1/8 Tsp(0.26 gm) Green Chilli (Chopped)
1/8 Tsp(0.26 gm) Ginger (Chopped)
1/8 Tsp(0.3 gm) Garlic (Chopped)
1/8 Tsp(0.28 gm) Ajwain
2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Pudina (Chopped)
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1/8 Tsp(0.56 gm) Salt
1 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil
As Required(125.0 ml) Water
  • In a pan, heat 1 tsp oil, add 1/8 tsp ajwain, 1/8 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/8 tsp chopped ginger, 1/8 tsp chopped garlic, 2 tsp chopped carrot, 2 tsp chopped french beans and cooked rajma.

  • Saute all ingredients for 2 minutes.

  • Now add 1/4 cup oats.

  • Mix well.

  • Now add 1/4 tsp salt and water.

  • Stir all ingredients well.

  • Cover and cook for 3 minutes.

  • Garnish with 2 tsp chopped pudina.

  • Yummy oats beans bowl is ready.
