A healthy complete breakfast in a bowl, highly nutritious and energy densed.
Soak 1 tbsp rajma and pressure cook it with 1/8th tsp salt. Keep aside.
For oats bowl
In a pan, heat 1 tsp oil, add 1/8th tsp ajwain, 1/8th tsp chopped green chilli, 1/8th tsp chopped ginger, 1/8 tsp garlic, 2 tsp chopped carrot, 2 tsp chopped french beans and 1 tbsp cooked rajma.
Saute all ingredients for 2 minutes.
Now add 1/4th cup oats.
Now add 1/4th tsp salt and 100 ml water.
Stir all ingredients well.
Cover & cook for 3 minutes.
Garnish with 2 tsp chopped mint leaves.
Yummy oats beans bowl is ready.
