  • Prepreparation

    Soak 1 tbsp rajma and pressure cook it with 1/8th tsp salt. Keep aside.

  • For oats bowl

    In a pan, heat 1 tsp oil, add 1/8th tsp ajwain, 1/8th tsp chopped green chilli, 1/8th tsp chopped ginger, 1/8 tsp garlic, 2 tsp chopped carrot, 2 tsp chopped french beans and 1 tbsp cooked rajma.

  • Saute all ingredients for 2 minutes.

  • Now add 1/4th cup oats.

  • Mix well.

  • Now add 1/4th tsp salt and 100 ml water.

  • Stir all ingredients well.

  • Cover & cook for 3 minutes.

  • Garnish with 2 tsp chopped mint leaves.

  • Yummy oats beans bowl is ready.
