2.0 Chopped Tbsp(23.0 gm) Carrot
2.0 Chopped Tsp(2.0 gm) Pudina
1/8 Chopped Tsp(0.26 gm) Green Chilli
1/8 Chopped Tsp(0.26 gm) Ginger
1/8 Chopped Tsp(0.3 gm) Garlic
1/8 Tsp(0.28 gm) Ajwain
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1.0 Tbsp(8.0 ml) Oil
  • In a pan, heat 1 tbsp oil, add 1/8 tsp ajwain, 1/8 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/8 tsp chopped ginger, 1/8 tsp chopped garlic, 2 tbsp chopped carrot, 3 tbsp chopped french beans and cooked rajma.

  • Saute all ingredients for 2 minutes.

  • Now add 1/4 cup oats.

  • Mix well.

  • Now add 1/4 tsp salt and water.

  • Stir all ingredients well.

  • Cover and cook for 3 minutes.

  • Garnish with 2 tsp chopped pudina.

  • Yummy oats beans bowl is ready.
