1/4 Cup(41.0 gm) Banana(Slice)
2 No.(14.0 gm) Dates
1/4 Tsp(0.5 gm) Green Elaichi Powder
1/2 Cup(121.0 gm) Curd
  • Pre preparations

    Soak 2 dates for 12 hours.

  • Preparation

    In a blender add 1/2 cup curd, 2 soaked dates, 1/4th cup sliced banana, 1 tbsp oats and 1/4th tsp green elaichi powder.

  • Blend to a smooth consistency.

  • Serve chilled.
