Oats Banana Brownie Recipe

Oatmeal banana brownies are a healthier version of the regular brownie,as they contain oatmeal in place of regular flour, sweetened with bananas and a lesser amount of sugar.

1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Vanilla Extract
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Baking Powder
1/8 Powder Cup(17.0 gm) Sugar
1/2 Egg Whole(23.0 gm) Egg
1/8 Mashed Cup(31.0 gm) Banana
1/8 Cup(25.0 ml) Nestlé A+ Milk
1 Tbsp(8.0 ml) Oil
3.5 Tbsp(15.0 gm) Cocoa Powder
1/2 Flour Cup(44.0 gm) Oats
  • For Dry Ingredient

    In a bowl add 1/2 cup oats flour,3.5 tbsp cocoa powder, 1/8 cup powder sugar,1/2 tsp baking powder,1/8 tsp salt mix well dry ingredients.

  • For Egg Mixture

    In another bowl add 1/2 an egg whisk well add 1/8 cup mashed banana and whisk again till the look like a fluffy.

  • Add 1/2 tsp vanilla extract,1 tbsp oil,1/8 cup Nestlé A+ Milk, and stir together.

  • Add the egg mixture in the dry ingredient bowl and fold it.

  • Place butter paper into the mold and pour the batter.

  • Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes and serve.
