1/2 Cup(121.0 gm) Nestlé A+ Curd

1/4 Powder Tsp(0.5 gm) Green Elaichi

2 Number(14.0 gm) Dates

1 Tbsp(8.0 gm) Oats
In a blender add 1/2 cup Nestlé A+ Curd, soaked dates, 1/4 cup chopped apple, 1 tbsp oats and 1/4 tsp green elaichi powder.
