Oats and Wheat Pancake with egg Recipe

2 Tbsp(17.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)
2 Tbsp(12.0 gm) Oats (Flour)
2 Tbsp(23.0 ml) Milk
2 Tbsp(22.0 gm) Sugar
1/8 Tsp(0.4 gm) Vanilla Extract
1/8 Tsp(0.45 gm) Baking Powder
1/8 Tsp(0.54 gm) Salt
3 Tsp(12.0 gm) Butter
  • To make the batter, start by breaking 1 egg into a mixing bowl.

  • Beat well using a whisk.

  • Then add 1/8 tsp vanilla extract, 2 tbsp milk and mix well.

  • To this mix, add 2 tbsp whole wheat flour, 2 tbsp oats flour, 2 tbsp powdered sugar, 2 tsp melted butter, and 1/8th tsp each of baking powder and salt.

  • Mix well to make a smooth batter.

  • To make the pancake, start by adding 1 tsp butter to a heated pan.

  • Then spread batter evenly without lumps.
