To make the batter, start by breaking 1 egg into a mixing bowl.
Beat well using a whisk.
Then add 1/8 tsp vanilla extract, 2 tbsp milk and mix well.
To this mix, add 2 tbsp whole wheat flour, 2 tbsp oats flour, 2 tbsp powdered sugar, 2 tsp melted butter, and 1/8th tsp each of baking powder and salt.
Mix well to make a smooth batter.
To make the pancake, start by adding 1 tsp butter to a heated pan.
Then spread batter evenly without lumps.
Cook well on both sides.
