Oatmeal Honey Soya Milk Porridge Recipe

A healthy breakfast option, it is nutritious, fulfilling and easy to cook. It is a great option for lactose intolerant children!

1 Cup(208.0 ml) Soy Milk
1/4 Cup(27.0 gm) Oats
2 Tsp(22.0 gm) Honey
As Required(20.0 ml) Water
  • In a kadhai, add water and cook 1/4th cup oats.

  • Once cooked, add 1 cup soy milk and bring to a boil.

  • Sweeten the porridge with 2 tsp honey and mix well.

  • Pour in a bowl and serve hot.
