A healthy breakfast option, porridge has always been a healthy breakfast staple. it is nutritious, fulfilling and easy to cook.
Heat a frying pan at a low flame and pour a little water in the pan.
Once the water is heated, add 1/4th cup oats and mix well.
Once the oats are cooked and the water has dried up, pour in 1 cup of milk.
Stirring continuously, allow it to boil.
Once the milk is boiling, add 2 tsp honey and cook for a few more minutes.
Once cooked, take off the flame and transfer to a serving bowl.
Garnish with mixed nuts
