- Step 1 In a bowl, add 1/4 cup oats flour, 1/4 cup wheat flour, 1/2 cup mashed pumpkin, mashed dates, 1/8 tsp vanilla extract,100 ml coconut milk and mix until smooth.
- Step 2 Add 1/4 tsp baking powder and mix gently
- Step 3 Give it a Nestle Twist by chia seeds
- Step 4 Heat waffle iron and brush with 1/2 tsp oil.
- Step 5 Pour the batter and spread evenly.
- Step 6 Close waffle iron and cook until golden brown from both sides
- Step 7 Serve waffles hot with desired toppings
