Heat 2 tsp ghee in a frying pan at a low flame, add 3 tbsp grated tofu and sauté.
Once the tofu are slightly browned, add 1 tbsp sugar, allow it to caramelise and keep aside.
Heat a frying pan at a low flame and pour in 1 cup soy milk.
Once the milk starts boiling add 1 tsp chopped walnut, 1 tsp chopped almonds and 1/8th tsp elaichi powder.
Once a delicious aroma starts coming, add the previously caramelised tofu and keep stirring.
Allow it to simmer for a few minutes before taking it off the flame and transferring to a serving bowl.
