1.5 Tbsp(22.0 gm) Rice Flour
1 Chopped Tsp(2.0 gm) Cashewnut
1 Chopped Tsp(3.0 gm) Pista
1 Chopped Tsp(3.0 gm) Almond
1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Butter
1/8 Powder Tsp(0.24 gm) Green Elaichi
1 Tsp(3.0 gm) Suji
1/8 Tsp(0.54 gm) Salt
1.5 Tbsp(19.0 gm) Sugar
1 Egg Whole(45.0 gm) Egg
In a bowl add 1 egg, 1.5 tbsp sugar, and beat well till they are in the light and fluffy.
Add 1/8 tsp salt,1/8 cup rice flour,1 tsp suji, 1/8 tsp green elaichi powder, and beat well.
Grease mold with 1 tsp butter and place butter paper.
Pour the batter and tap to release air bubbles.
Sprinkle on top of the cake batter 1 tsp chopped almond, cashewnut and pista.
Bake on preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 to 35 mins.
