- Step 1 In a bowl, add 1 egg and 1.5 tbsp of sugar, and beat well until the mixture is
- Step 2 light and fluffy.
- Step 3 Add 1/8 tsp of salt, 1/8 cup of rice flour, 1 tsp of suji, and 1/8 tsp of green elaichi powder, then beat well.
- Step 4 Grease the mold with 1 tsp of butter and line it with butter paper.
- Step 5 Pour the batter into the mold and tap it to release any air bubbles.
- Step 6 Sprinkle 1 tsp of chopped almonds, cashew nuts, and pistachios on top of the cake batter.
- Step 7 Give a Nestle Twist by adding walnut
- Step 8 Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
