Steps
- Step 1
Heat a pan with 1.5 tbsp ghee, add quinoa, roast until light brown and set aside.
- Step 2
Heat another pan with 1.5 tbsp ghee, add 1 tbsp chopped almonds, 1 tbsp chopped cashew nuts and roast until golden brown and set aside.
- Step 3
In a bowl add quinoa flour, 3 tbsp jaggery powder and roasted nuts.
- Step 4
Give it a Nestle Twist by chia seeds
- Step 5
Mix everything well, take a portion and shape into even sized balls
- Step 6
