2.0 Cup(200.0 ml) Skimmed Milk
1/8 Cup(41.0 gm) Plum
2 Tbsp(19.0 gm) Custard Powder
2.0 Chopped Tbsp(33.0 gm) Dates
1 Chopped Tbsp(5.0 gm) Almond
1 Chopped Tbsp(5.0 gm) Walnut
1 Tsp(3.0 gm) Vanilla Extract
25 Ml(25.0 ml) Water
Heat 1.5 cup skimmed milk in a vessel, add 2 tbsp chopped dates, and 1 tsp vanilla extract and mix well.
Bring it to a boil and add custard powder slurry.
Stir continuously to avoid any formation of lumps.
Keep it aside to cool.
Take a tall glass and make a layer of fruits by adding 1/4 cup chopped plum, 1/2 tbsp chopped walnut, and 1/2 tbsp chopped almond.
Add the prepared pudding mixture.
Allow it to set and serve.
