- Step 1 Dry roast 1 tbsp chopped almonds,1 tbsp chopped cashew nuts, 1 tbsp chopped fig, 3 tbsp oats and roast it.
- Step 2 In another pan, add 1/4 cup chopped dates, 1 tbsp chopped apple and let it cook till the dates are mushy.
- Step 3 Give a Nestle Twist by adding golden raisins.
- Step 4 Add the roasted dry ingredients to it.
- Step 5 Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
- Step 6 Now grease the mould with 1/4 tsp ghee and transfer the prepared mixture in the mould.
- Step 7 Refrigerate and allow it to set and then demould.
- Step 8 Serve as a snack.
