Nutty Oats Bar Recipe

Healthy homemade almond granola bars naturally sweetened with dates bind the nuts, grains and fruits well to form bars. Crunchy and Chewy with nuttiness from assorted nuts and seeds. Best energy snack for all.

1 Chopped Tbsp(6.0 gm) Apple
3 Tbsp(25.0 gm) Oats
2 Chopped Tsp(11.0 gm) Almond
2 Chopped Tsp(10.0 gm) Cashewnut
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Ghee
1 Chopped Tbsp(11.0 gm) Fig
1/2 Chopped Cup(41.0 gm) Dates
  • Dry roast 1 tbsp chopped almonds, 3 tbsp oats.

  • To that, add 1 tbsp chopped cashew nut, 1 tbsp chopped fig, and roast it.

  • In a pan, add 1/4 cup chopped dates, 1 tbsp chopped apple and the roasted dry ingredients.

  • Mix until all ingredients are well combined.

  • Now grease the mould with 1/4 tsp ghee and transfer the prepared mixture in the mould.

  • Refrigerate and allow it to set and then de mould.

  • Serve a healthy dry fruit bar as a snack.
