Mango nutty porridge is a tasty yet nutritious meal option for your child,packed with both macro & micro nutrients as it contains good amount of protein, fibre, calcium, magnesium, vitamin E, carbohydrates and healthy fats which gives enough energy .
In a Kadai, boil 1 cup Milk and add 1/2 tbsp Almond powder, 1/2 tbsp Cashewnut powder, 1/2 tbsp Pista powder, 1/2 tbsp Walnut powder, 1.5 tbsp Sugar and mix it well.
To this, add 1.5 tbsp Oats.
Mix well and allow to thicken
Turn off the heat and allow the mixture to cool.
To this, add prepared Mango Pulp and mix Well.
Delicious Nutty Mango Porridge is ready to serve hot.
