Nutty Mango Ice-cream is a tasty yet nutritious dessert packed with both macro & micro nutrients as it contains good amount of protein, calcium, magnesium and gives enough energy.
Whip 1/2 cup whipping cream until it develops soft peaks.
Gradually add 3 tbsp powdered sugar.
Then, add mango puree & beat until it forms soft peaks
Add 1 tbsp each of chopped almond, and walnuts, and 2 tbsp of chopped mango.
Fold it into the prepared mix until it all combines well.
Transfer into a container and freeze for 56 hours.
Nutty mango ice cream is ready to serve.
