1/2 Cup(127.0 gm) Whipped Cream
3/4 Diced Cup(151.0 gm) Mango
2 Tbsp(30.0 gm) Mango(Chopped)
1 Tbsp(9.0 gm) Walnut(Chopped)
1 Tbsp(11.0 gm) Almond(Chopped)
3 Tbsp(33.0 gm) Sugar(Powder)
  • Whip 1/2 cup whipping cream until it develops soft peaks.

  • Gradually add 3 tbsp powdered sugar.

  • Then, add mango puree & beat until it forms soft peaks

  • Add 1 tbsp each of chopped almond, and walnuts, and 2 tbsp of chopped mango.

  • Fold it into the prepared mix until it all combines well.

  • Transfer into a container and freeze for 56 hours.

  • Nutty mango ice cream is ready to serve.
