1/8 Powder Tsp(0.37 gm) Black Pepper
1/8 Tsp(0.56 gm) Salt
2 Tsp(22.0 gm) Honey
2 Tbsp(22.0 gm) Pomegranate
1 Chopped Tbsp(9.0 gm) Walnut
2 Tsp(8.0 ml) Lemon Juice
1/2 Julienne Cup(35.0 gm) Lettuce
1/4 Cup(83.0 gm) Couscous
In a bowl add cooked couscous, 1/2 cup julienne lettuce, 2 tbsp pomegranate and toss well.
In a small bowl add 2 tsp honey, 2 tsp lemon juice, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp black pepper powder and whisk it well.
Pour the dressing over couscous mixture and toss gently.
Chill and serve.
