  • In a bowl add cooked couscous, 1/2 cup julienne lettuce, 2 tbsp pomegranate and toss well.

  • In a small bowl add 2 tsp honey, 2 tsp lemon juice, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp black pepper powder and whisk it well.

  • Pour the dressing over couscous mixture and toss gently.
