- Step 1
Melt 1/8 cup diced dark chocolate with 1 tbsp butter in a microwave.
- Step 2
In a bowl add 1 egg,1.5 tbsp jaggery powder and beat well.
- Step 3
Seive in 1/4 cup wheat flour, 1 tsp cocoa powder, 1/8 tsp baking powder and fold.
- Step 4
Add melted chocolate and butter, and mix well.
- Step 5
Give a Nestle Twist by adding walnuts.
- Step 6
Pour the batter into the moulds lined with paper cups and add 1/2 tsp each of chopped almonds and pista.
- Step 7
Bake at 180 degrees for 5 minutes.
- Step 8
Serve.
