1 Tbsp(14.0 gm) Honey

2 Tsp(3.0 gm) Cocoa Powder
1 Tbsp(12.0 gm) Chocolate Chips
  • In a bowl, add 2 tbsp oats, 1/2 tbsp honey, 1 tsp chia seeds, 1/2 tbsp chopped walnuts, 1/2 tbsp chopped almonds, 2 tsp cocoa powder, 1/2 cup milk and 1 tbsp chocolate chips

  • Mix well.
