  • For Batter

    In a bowl, add 2 tbsp powdered sugar, 4 tbsp oil and whisk until smooth.

  • Add 1/8th tsp vanilla essence, 1/2 cup wheat flour, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp baking powder and mix well.

  • Now add 1/2 cup Nestlé A+ Milk, 1/2 cup chopped apple, 20 raisins, 1 tbsp chopped almonds, 1 tbsp chopped walnut, 1 tbsp chocolate chips, 1/8th tsp salt and fold slowly until mixed.

  • For Baking

    Preheat oven at 180 degree Celsius for 10 mins.

  • Pour the batter into mould.

  • Bake at 180 degree Celsius For 15 mins.

  • Serve hot.
