- Step 1 In a bowl, add 2 tbsp powdered sugar, 4 tbsp oil and whisk until smooth.
- Step 2 Add 1/8 tsp vanilla extract, 1/2 cup wheat flour, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp baking powder and mix well.
- Step 3 Now add 1/2 cup Nestlé A+ Milk, 1/2 cup chopped apple, 20 raisins, 1 tbsp chopped almonds, 1 tbsp chopped walnut, 1 tbsp chocolate chips, 1/8 tsp salt and fold gently until mixed.
- Step 4 Give a Nestle Twist by adding flaxseeds.
- Step 5 Preheat oven at 180 degree Celsius for 10 mins.
- Step 6 Pour the batter into a greased mould.
- Step 7 Bake at 180 degree Celsius For 15 mins.
- Step 8 Serve hot.
