1/3 Cup(46.0 gm) Paneer (Grated)
1/8 Cup(18.0 gm) Wheat Flour
1 Tbsp(6.0 gm) Cabbage (Julienne)
1.5 Tbsp(10.0 gm) Carrot (Grated)
1 Tbsp(10.0 gm) Capsicum (Chopped)
1 Tsp(5.0 gm) Soya Sauce
1 Tsp(6.0 ml) Red Chilli Sauce
1 Tsp(5.0 gm) Ginger Garlic Paste
1/4 Tsp(0.37 gm) Garam Masala
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
2 Tsp(7.0 ml) Oil
As Required(20.0 ml) Water
  • In a kadai, heat 2 tsp oil.

  • Add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tbsp julienne cabbage, 1.5 tbsp grated carrot, 1 tbsp chopped capsicum, 1/3 cup grated paneer, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp red chilli sauce and 1 tsp soya sauce, saute it well.

  • Place the stuffing in the centre of the chapatti and roll it.

  • Serve hot.
