- Step 1 Heat a kadhai, add 1 tsp oil, 1/2 tsp jeera, 2 tsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/2 tsp grated ginger, 1/4 tsp hing, 1/2 tsp cloves and saute for 2 minutes
- Step 2 Add cooked chana dal, masoor dal, black urad dal, moong dal, tur dal and rajma.
- Step 3 Mix everything together
- Step 4 Season with 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp green elaichi powder, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder and 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli.
- Step 5 Pour in some water and simmer over low flame
- Step 6 Garnish with 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 7 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds
- Step 8 Serve it hot with rice or roti.
