For Nasi Goreng
- Step 1 In a pan, heat 2 tsp oil and 1/2 tbsp grated garlic.
- Step 2 Saute it till aromatic.
- Step 3 Now, add 1 tbsp chopped carrot, 1/2 tsp green chilli paste and 1 beaten egg.
- Step 4 Scramble the egg nicely.
- Step 5 To this add 1 tbsp schezwan chutney, 1 tsp soya sauce, 2 tsp red chilli sauce, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp vinegar and 75g chicken strips.
- Step 6 Saute for 2 min by adding water as required.
- Step 7 Now add 1/4 tsp black pepper powder and saute well again.
- Step 8 Add cooked rice and 2 tbsp chopped spring onions.
- Step 9 Give a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds.
- Step 10 Toss it well and serve hot.
