1/2 Cup(61.0 gm) Papaya (Grated)
1/4 Cup(45.0 gm) Potato (Boiled, Diced)
3 Tbsp(18.0 gm) Fresh Coconut (Grated)
1/4 Tsp(0.47 gm) Ginger (Grated)
1/2 Tsp(1.0 gm) Jeera
1/4 Tsp(0.6 gm) Haldi
1/4 Tsp(0.54 gm) Red Chilly (Powder)
1/4 Tsp(0.37 gm) Garam Masala
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Sugar
2 Tbsp(30.0 gm) Ghee
  • Heat kadhai on low flame, add 2 tbsp ghee, 1/2 tsp jeera, 1/4 tsp grated ginger, 1/4 cup boiled & diced potato, 1/4 tsp red chilly powder, 1/4 tsp haldi,1/4 tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/2 cup grated raw papaya & saute well.

  • Now add 3 tbsp grated fresh coconut, Add white sesame seeds (Nutritional Twist), mix well.

  • Serve Hot
