- Step 1 Heat a kadhai on low flame, add 1 tsp ghee, 1/2 tsp jeera and let it crackle
- Step 2 Add 1/4 tsp grated ginger, 1/4 cup boiled diced potato and saute for a minute
- Step 3 Add 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp haldi,1/4 tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/2 cup grated raw papaya and mix everything together
- Step 4 cook until all flavors combine well
- Step 5 Add 3 tbsp grated fresh coconut and mix well
- Step 6 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds
- Step 7 Serve hot
