This rich and tangy nacho cheese sauce only takes about 5 minutes, served with crunchy nachos, its a perfect snack !
Take a bowl and add 1/3 cup Maida, 1/4 cup Makke Ka Atta, 1/8 tsp Haldi,1/4 tsp Salt,1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder, 1 tsp oil add water and knead Dough.
Roll in Roti and cut into triangles.
Heat a kadhai for deep frying the nachos.
Take a pan and heat 1 tbsp Butter, add 1 tbsp maida and mix well.
Add 1/2 cup Milk, 1/4th tsp Salt,1/8th tsp Haldi,1/4th tsp Black Pepper Powder and stir well.
Add 2 tbsp Cheese and cook well.
