Nachos With Cheese Dip Recipe

This rich and tangy nacho cheese sauce only takes about 5 minutes, served with crunchy nachos, its a perfect snack !

As Required(50.0 ml) Water

1/2 Cup(102.0 ml) Milk

1 Tbsp(7.0 gm) Maida
ingredients
2 Tbsp(15.0 gm) Cheese (Grated)
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(0.75 gm) Black Pepper (Powder)

1/8 Tsp(0.3 gm) Haldi

1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt

1 Tbsp(12.0 gm) Butter
  • For Nachos

    Take a bowl and add 1/3 cup Maida, 1/4 cup Makke Ka Atta, 1/8 tsp Haldi,1/4 tsp Salt,1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder, 1 tsp oil add water and knead Dough.

  • Roll in Roti and cut into triangles.

  • Heat a kadhai for deep frying the nachos.

  • For Dip

    Take a pan and heat 1 tbsp Butter, add 1 tbsp maida and mix well.

  • Add 1/2 cup Milk, 1/4th tsp Salt,1/8th tsp Haldi,1/4th tsp Black Pepper Powder and stir well.

  • Add 2 tbsp Cheese and cook well.
