To make kofta, add mashed potato, and 1.5 tbsp ragi flour in a mixing bowl.
Add 1/4th tsp salt, mix well and shape into a kofta.
Heat oil in a pan, add kofta and fry until golden brown.
To make gravy, heat 1 tbsp butter in a pan.
Add 1/4th tsp each of jeera and chopped green chilli, and 1/2 a grated ginger.
Add whole spices like 2 cloves, 1 bay leaf, 1/4th piece of a cinnamon stick.
Add 1 tbsp of chopped onion and tomato and mix.
Add 1/2 tsp each of haldi and dhania powder, 1/4th tsp each of red chilli powder, garam masala and salt and mix well.
Add sufficient water and let it simmer into a gravy.
Add kofta into the prepared gravy and boil well.
Finally, add 2 tsp cream, cover with a lid and cook.
Serve hot with rice or chapati.
