- Step 1 In a bowl, add 2 tbsp boiled and mashed potato, 1.5 tbsp ragi flour, 1/4 tsp salt and mix well
- Step 2 Shape into equalsized kofta
- Step 3 Heat a pan with oil for frying, add kofta, fry until golden brown and set aside
- Step 4 Heat another pan with 2 tsp butter, add 1/4 tsp each of jeera and chopped green chili, chopped coriander leaves and 1/2 tsp grated ginger.
- Step 5 Add 2 cloves,1 bay leaf, 1/4 cinnamon stick and mix well
- Step 6 Add 1 tbsp each of chopped onion and tomato and saute until soft
- Step 7 Add 1/2 tsp each of haldi and dhania powder, 1/4 tsp each of red chili powder, garam masala and salt and mix well.
- Step 8 Pour in some water and simmer until all spices combine well
- Step 9 Add kofta to the gravy and simmer until soften
- Step 10 Add 2 tsp cream, cover with a lid and cook for 2 mins
- Step 11 Serve hot with rice or chapati.
