- Step 1 In a bowl add 1/4 cup nachni flour, 1/4 cup wheat flour and mix well
- Step 2 Add 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tbsp white til and 2 tsp oil.
- Step 3 Give it a Nestle twist by adding black sesame seeds
- Step 4 Pour in some water and knead into a tight dough
- Step 5 Divide into equal portions, roll each into a thin round
- Step 6 Heat a tawa, place it and roast on both sides using ghee until crisp and light brown
- Step 7 Repeat the same for the remaining dough
- Step 8 Stack the khakhras and let it cool completely
- Step 9 Store and enjoy this snack
