1 Chopped Tsp(2.0 gm) Garlic
2 Chopped Tbsp(16.0 gm) Onion
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.75 gm) Black Pepper
3.5 Grated Tbsp(27.0 gm) Cheese
2 Tbsp(23.0 ml) Nestlé A+ Milk
1.5 Tsp(6.0 gm) Butter
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Mustard Sauce
1/4 Number(6.0 gm) Egg Yolk
1.5 Tsp(3.0 gm) Maida
1/2 Tsp(2.0 ml) Oil
2 4"(53.0 gm) White Bread
1/8 Powder Tsp(0.36 gm) Black Pepper
1/8 Tsp(0.54 gm) Salt
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Worcestershire Sauce
  • For Mutton Mixture

    In a pan heat 1/2 tsp oil,1 tsp chopped garlic,2 tbsp chopped onion, and saute it well.

  • Add into the 1/8th cup minced mutton,1/4 tsp black pepper powder,1/8th tsp salt, water as required, mix and cook it well.

  • For Sauce

    In a pan heat 1.5 tsp butter,1.5 tsp refined flour, add 2 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk, mix and cook it well.

  • Add 1/4th number egg yolk,1/4th tsp mustard sauce,1/4th tsp Worcestershire sauce,1/8th tsp black pepper powder,1/8th tsp salt,3.5 tbsp grated cheese. Then Switch on the flame, mix, and bring to one boil.

  • Take 2 number toasted bread to add on top mutton mixture and sauce on each slice.

  • Place bread slices on a baking tray and bake at 200 degrees celsius till sauce light brown in color.

  • Serve warm.
