In a pressure cooker, heat 1.5 tsp oil
Add 1/4 cup onion and saute till it turns golden brown.
Add 1 green elaichi, 2 cloves, 1 bay leaf, 1/4 tsp black pepper and saute well.
Add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp dhania powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/8 tsp haldi, water as required, 1/2 tsp green chilli paste and 1/4 tsp salt. Saute well till the oil releases.
Add 1/4 cup mutton pieces and mix well with masala.
Add water as required, 1/4 tsp lemon juice and saute well.
Close the lid and pressure cook till 7 to 8 whistles.
Add prepared cornflour slurry, 1/2 tsp kasuri methi, 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 1 tsp chopped pudina and bring to a boil.
Serve hot.
