- Step 1
For Mutton Mixture
In a pan heat 1 tsp olive oil, add 1 number black pepper,1 no.bay leaf,1/2 tsp chopped garlic,1 tbsp chopped onion, and saute it well.
- Step 2
Add into the 1/4th cup minced mutton,1/8th tsp salt prepared tomato puree, and cook it nicely.
- Step 3
For Pie
In a mixing bowl add 1/2 cup diced boiled potato,1/2 tbsp butter,1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk,1/4th tsp black pepper powder,1/8th tsp salt and whisk till creamy.
- Step 4
Take a baking mold and add into the mutton mixture, Pipe potato mixture with piping bag and nozzle.
- Step 5
Bake at 180 degrees celsius for 2025 minutes or till potato mixture light brown in color.
- Step 6
Serve hot.
