1 Tbsp(11.0 ml) Nestlé A+ Milk
1/2 Tbsp(6.0 gm) Butter
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.75 gm) Black Pepper
1 Medium(40.0 gm) Tomato
1/8 Tsp(0.54 gm) Salt
1/4 Minced Cup(63.0 gm) Mutton
1 Chopped Tbsp(8.0 gm) Onion
1/2 Tbsp(2.0 ml) Olive Oil
1 Number(0.3 gm) Bay Leaf
1 Number(0.09 gm) Black Pepper
1/2 Chopped Tbsp(1.0 gm) Garlic
1 Boiled Diced Cup(91.0 gm) Potato
  • For Mutton Mixture

    In a pan heat 1 tsp olive oil, add 1 number black pepper,1 no.bay leaf,1/2 tsp chopped garlic,1 tbsp chopped onion, and saute it well.

  • Add into the 1/4th cup minced mutton,1/8th tsp salt prepared tomato puree, and cook it nicely.

  • For Pie

    In a mixing bowl add 1/2 cup diced boiled potato,1/2 tbsp butter,1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk,1/4th tsp black pepper powder,1/8th tsp salt and whisk till creamy.

  • Take a baking mold and add into the mutton mixture, Pipe potato mixture with piping bag and nozzle.

  • Bake at 180 degrees celsius for 2025 minutes or till potato mixture light brown in color.

  • Serve hot.
